HDI Conference & Expo - April, 2018

Jon Griffey and Matt Lacy will present, Texas A&M University's Sprint Towards Continual Service Improvement, a case study on how the Service Desk has made improvements over the last 2+ years. This presentation will focus on the Help Desk Central renovation, efforts to improve Incident Management and other ITSM related efforts, implementation of metrics and analytics, Workforce Management within the Service Desk, and a forecast of the next 9-12 months with knowledge centered service.

Susan Edmisson

For 2016-2017, Susan Edmisson served as the Chair of the University Staff Council, which represents the interests of staff at Texas A&M University, Texas A&M University – Galveston, Texas A&M University – Qatar, and Texas A&M University Law School. For 2017-2018, she serves as Chair of two University Staff Council committees: Staff Emergency Fund and Professional Development.
