Self Service Site Strategic Redesign

Scope of Work: The current mechanisms for advertising, accessing, searching for and selecting services from multiple Texas A&M departments and/or partners are not optimized for the best customer experience. This presents multiple opportunities for improvement, to both the sites related to the Service Catalog as well as to the underlying supporting processes and infrastructure. A cross-functional team will be assembled to analyze the Service Catalog-related sites and document complete requirements to improve.

The proposed project will have several deliverables (full requirements for each will be documented in a formal requirements matrix.
