Anonymous Proxy Servers

An anonymous proxy servers allow users to hide the origins of their network traffic so that they cannot be identified. Proxies allow users to access services on the internet while hiding identifying information, such as the computer's IP address.

The use of an anonymous proxy server to access Texas A&M University resources is prohibited. The originating computer for all traffic on the Texas A&M network must be identifiable.
