Service Now December Updates

Phase 2 of Change Management went live in December.  Change Management assists participating units through the change process to minimize service disruptions.  Phase 2 provides further customization for participating units.

The Asset and Configuration Management team continues working toward integrating data sources to allow more extensive use of the module.

The first Help Desk Central feedback survey has been successfully completed. 

The Service Catalog/Request Management system will allow users to purchase software and request services through one direct source.  It is now slated for implementation in early February.
